These sample terms govern the use of the Orbix service. Replace them with terms reviewed by your legal counsel.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, its members and the security of their credentials. Accounts are for people and organizations, not automated scripts.
2. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation or try to access it using methods other than the interface and the documented API.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Prices exclude taxes. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period.
4. Your content
You own the content you add. You give us the permissions needed to host and display it to the people you choose.
5. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months.
6. Changes
We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
